Holistic Bodywork & Massage

Working intuitively in dynamic stillness, I listen deeply to your body and energy systems. Using therapeutic massage and holistic bodywork techniques, I give particular attention to areas that are in pain or discomfort and calling for relief. I support you to connect more fully with your well-being and the wisdom in your body.

I am qualified in the following complementary and natural healthcare modalities:

• Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy
• Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
• Indian Head Massage
• Reflexology
• Swedish Massage
• Yoga Instruction

I have undertaken further Continuing Professional Development courses in Advanced Clinical Massage Techniques, Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Detox Massage), Counselling Skills, Formative Embodiment, Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage

After an initial consultation, I incorporate suitable techniques intuitively into your session depending on your preferences, the needs of your body and health and well-being goals.

I am a registered Full Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists for each qualified Holistic Bodywork and Massage modality.

6o minutes – £50 (standard)

90 minutes – £75

120 minutes – £100

I have a few concession rate spaces available for those wanting to do healing work who are on a low income (there is currently a waiting list). Please enquire if you would like to work with me but lack the financial resources to pay the usual rate.
